Scenic Snow Cat Tours

Want to get an up-close and in-depth look at the mountain and stay warm at the same time? Winter Park offers two-hour, heated snowcat tours which loop passengers around the mountain and make stops for photos along the way. Private tours are also available.

Guided Snowshoe Tours

Ideal for non-skiers who still want to enjoy the mountainside, snowshoe tours take guests along game trails and summer mountain biking paths. This is a great way to learn about native plants and wildlife and enjoy the peaceful solitude of the forest.

Scenic Chair Lift Rides

Non-skiers rejoice! Now you can experience the inspiring beauty of the Rockies from a bird’s-eye view. Each day after 11 a.m., you can hop on the Zephyr Express and meet up for lunch at the Sunspot Lodge with your skier buddies. Be sure to dress warm.

Nastar Racing

Test your skills and race side-by-side with family, friends, or just against the clock. Groups of all sizes and nearly any ability can enjoy this spirited and fun competition. Meet on the Lower Cranmer trail just above Snoasis and enjoy bragging rights at the end of the day.

Guided Mountain Tours

This is a wonderful way to learn about the mountain and surrounding areas. Guides are eager to give you a brief history lesson, help you find that perfect photo opportunity, and show you the local watering holes. Tours are free and run twice daily from mid-December through April.

Helmet Cam Rentals

Take home a DVD of your most exciting runs with a helmet camera. Ski and Ride School offers daily cam rentals so you can preserve those memories long after your trip. Or, have an instructor film you so you can see your form up close.

Snow Cycles

Check out this is the brand new way to tear up the mountainside. Snow Cycles are a fun way to cruise and after a short instruction session, participants receive a photo license to remember their experience. For an extra thrill, come by for a night ride starting in December.

Ice Skating

The outdoor Village Ice Rink is situated in the heart of Winter Park Village and provides fun for the entire family. The rink is open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the ski season. Be sure to ask about group and family discounts.
